This fee includes the preparation of the voluntary petition for a chapter 7 bankruptcy and other documents related to such; and all pertinent schedules and statements of financial information.  This fee does NOT include any filing fees due and payable to the court for such an action.

It also does not include any of the following: 

- the attending of any hearing, including any 341(a) hearing or continuation thereof; any preparation for an intervention in any lawsuit; any "emergency" documents such as a Certified Notice of Stay;  any preparation to defend against any claim brought by an intervening party; any preparation to to oppose any motion, complaint, petition or adversary proceeding brought by the trustee in bankruptcy or any opposing party; any preparation to oppose an appeal or a petition or motion to appeal; any preparation to make an appeal or oppose a judgment or decision against petitioner's favor or to enforce any judgment rendered in petitioner's favor.
