Filing fee with the court for a divorce action, Type 2.  This fee represents a filing fee of $180.00 plus an additional $3.00 fee for a document called an Abstract, which is an addendum document of information collected by the court for statistical purposes. 

N.B!: This fee DOES NOT have to be paid at the time that preparation fees are paid, but MUST BE PAID before the actual divorce can be filed.
